Design Advice: On magnets the rule of thumb is K.I.S. (keep it simple) You want to put your company name, and logo, and phone number. People are only going to be able to see these for a couple of seconds so if you put too much you message is going to be lost.
Care and feeding: it is important to remove once a week to clean them.
Storage: placing them on a refrigerator, metal door or dryer is a great place to store them without them getting bent.
